Job Description:

The following is intended to describe the major elements and requirements of the position and should not be taken as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of individuals assigned to this job.

  • Processes all WAA vouchers and voucher corrections
  • Maintains up to date lists of current authorizations.
  • Maintains WAA data bases. Demonstrates knowledge and use of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel applications.
  • Provides the Director with hours utilized and underutilized based on staff encounter forms.
  • Scores and enters all necessary for completed consumers.
  • Completes Productivity reports for WAA departments and submits completed Productivity Reports to the Directors of WAA, financial analyst and billing department according to departmental procedures.
  • Update and maintain client charts for WAA as necessary.
  • Enter and maintain WAA staff working hours in myTime/Timekeeper.
  • Complete CQI chart audits as necessary for WAA.
  • Coordination of encounter forms for WAA program including proofreading to ensure information is completed correctly on encounter form.
  • Provide necessary support when needed including typing or reports and correspondence to consumers, clinicians or outside agencies when necessary. Maintain accurate files and documentation of all correspondence
  • Complete necessary monthly quality call back surveys.
  • Assist WAA director in tracking of consumer authorizations
  • Ensures completion of documentation that directly corresponds with services provided according to WAA encounter forms
  • Maintain consumer, employee and departmental confidentiality and confidential information as per Merakey policies and procedures
  • Maintain proper record documentation procedures in accordance with Merakey and departmental policies and procedures
  • Attendance at necessary staff meeting for WAA
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience preferred
