Brossett Architect, LLC seeks an enthusiastic, motivated Administrative Assistant to work with architects and clients of the firm.

This position will provide administrative support to the organization and the Principal Architect of the firm and will keep the Principal Architect on time and up to date on meetings and other project tasks.

This position holds a position of responsibility, which may include compilation, analysis and presentation of special reports, and the tracking of project information and will be charged with managing information flow across the firm.

The candidates will play a proactive role in assisting to ensure budgets, goals and deadlines are met by monitoring progress and keeping Principal and staff well informed with up-to-date reports, graphs and other decision-making tools.

They will also be responsible for the organizing and managing of paperwork.


Typical Duties include the following:
Responsible for the compilation of data and the preparation of monthly reports.
Track and record project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Develops charts and graphs based on financial, marketing, or other information, and updates them as needed for meetings, monthly reports, or presentations.
Coordinates staff activities within organization.
Coordinates and attends meetings and prepares appropriate agendas and minutes.
Assists in the development of proposals to clients or potential clients
May perform such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
Organize, manage, file and distribute documents in a timely manner.
Coordinate schedules, deadlines, etc directly for Principal Architect.

The Appropriate Candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.

Without a degree, this is typically reached through a minimum of five years’ experience in progressively responsible administrative work.
Proactive and high level of personal initiative.
Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
Service oriented professional who measures success by supporting the success of the firm.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
Knowledge of business administration practices and principles, including accounting.
Computer skills required, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Knowledge of the architectural, consulting or construction industry helpful.
Ability to deal effectively and harmoniously with people at all levels of the organization.
Salary is DOE.
