This is a Full-time position in Bossier City, LA posted October 10, 2021.

Adecco is hiring immediately for an Administrative Assistant at a local client in Bossier City, LA. In this role, you will handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, telephone calls and faxes. You will greet incoming visitors and maintain the office supplies inventory. You will be assisting accounting and operations with filing, and performing other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • H.S Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of Clerical experience required
  • Outlook and other software programs experience is a plus
  • Cheerful personality
  • Ability to multi-task

  • Professionalism and Confidentiality
