Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk

Advantage Resourcing is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with Accounts Payable experience.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements by booking airfare, hotel and ground transportation.
  • Create detailed expense reports and requests for capital expenditures.
  • Interact with vendors, contractors and professional services personnel to receive orders, direct activities and communicate instructions.
  • Arrange rapid office equipment repair and maintenance with vendors.
  • Monitor supervisor’s work calendar and scheduled appointments, meetings and travel.
  • Prepare vendor invoices and processed incoming payments.
  • Apply proper codes to invoices, files and receipts to keep records organized and easily searchable.
  • Investigate daily variances and corrected errors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Report financial data and updated financial records in ledgers and journals.
  • Maintain good working relationships with vendors and resolved disputes.
