This is a Full-time position in Broussard, LA posted January 22, 2022.

Advantage Resourcing is currently searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant to work for a national emergency response company in the Broussard, LA area.  This will be a temp to hire permanent position.

Job Duties:

Perform data entry

Interact with customers

Coordinate shipments

Create daily reports

Interact with drivers

Prepare supplies for deployments

Requirements:

Basic accounting knowledge

Customer services skills

MS office

Heavy MS Excel

Must be reliable

 
Full time M-F 8-5, but must be available to work extended hours and weekends when the company is responding to disaster events nationwide.
