You will act as a point of contact for enquiries, providing solutions for those within your scope, and escalating those that require it.

You will be instrumental in the smooth running of administrative processes and procedures within the business, grading the urgency of issues, while providing confidential assistance to the management teamThis position reports toGlobal Product Group ManagerYour responsibilitiesAdministrative support: Performs complex administrative activities and takes responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs.Documentation: Produce a variety of documents using various software packages.

Manipulate data on new and existing spreadsheets and/or database software programs, applying new formulae and formats, as applicable.

Researches, compiles and issues special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.Communication: Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.

Correlate and edit materials submitted by others, as authorized, contacting authors to assist in resolution of problems.Processes: Implements ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.Confidential support: Acts as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone and email, initiates action and makes judgments about urgency of issues.

Provides confidential support to individual executives and/or management team members.Events: Arrange business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers etc.

Assemble material for meetings and attend meetings, as directed.
