Administrative Assistant

Advantage Resourcing is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a growing Law Firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all front office duties including answering phones and helping people when they come into the office
  • Schedule travel and arranging for accommodations, flights, and transportation
  • Complete any other necessary tasks as assigned
  • Ensure filing systems are kept orderly and up to date
  • Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed
  • Plan meetings, take notes and distributing meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized

Qualifications:

  • Understands how to use Microsoft Office
  • Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision
  • Previous work experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or related job experience, such as business administration
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
