Administrative Manager

We are an outpatient behavioral health facility in search of a full-time Administrative Manager to manage mental health and substance abuse clinic operations.

Job duties to include: managing ongoing office operations, including maintaining inspections, licenses, and credentialing; coordinate clinical and administrative staff communication; processing and submitting payroll twice per month; maintaining outpatient behavioral health prior-authorizations; managing intake/referral process; maintaining Medicaid MCO rosters for staff; HR duties include hiring new positions, staff performance reviews; maintaining staff files with credentials as required by Medicaid; ongoing consultation with owners addressing program development and reaching forecasted financial and programmatic milestones.

Required:

– demonstrated office management experience

– strong computer skills, Microsoft office and EHR system familiarity

– strong customer service and phone skills

– strong people skills including a friendly, positive disposition, tolerance, and patience

– strong organizational skills

– good time management

– initiative, a self-starter

– must be able to pass a background and drug test

Preferred:

– ability to speak with confidence about mental health services

– MHR experience

– Medicaid billing experience

Pay: $16.00
– $20.00 per hour

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
Administrative experience: 3 years (Preferred)
office management: 1 year (Preferred)
medical billing: 1 year (Preferred)
