We are currently looking for an ambitious Executive Administrative Assistant to help us reach our goals. Unlock your potential here The Executive Administrative Assistant performs secretarial duties that may require considerable experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. Prepares and distributes correspondence, memoranda, minutes and reports. Screens telephone calls and receives and directs visitors. Resolves routine inquiries. Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements. Operates a personal computer and appropriate software at an advanced level. May act as receptionist for the department, to include greeting vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors and arranging for escort services as appropriate. Oversees office supply inventory, room utilization, and audio/video equipment utilization. Assists in the completion of department assignments and performs all other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: Records, compiles, prepares and distributes correspondence, minutes and reports for CEO/VP/AVP. Schedules meetings, conferences and appointments making necessary travel arrangements for department. Controls and maintains financial and budgetary records of the department. Establishes and maintains filing system. Processes, drafts responses and distributes incoming and outgoing correspondence for CEO/VP/AVP. Greets, screens, processes and responds to incoming calls, visitors, messages and inquiries for department and/or CEO/VP/AVP. Supervises the administrative support staff within the Administrative Suite. Qualifications: Licensure/Certification/Registration: None Education:High School Diploma, some college preferred Experience:Five (5) years as Executive Assistant preferred. Experience in health care preferred. Special qualifications:Must be able to successfully complete established competencies for the position within designated probationary period. Must have strong organizational and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite), and excellent people and telephone skills. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to accurately type 65 wpm preferred.
