Immediate openings for labor positions in Tallulah, LA 

Advantage is looking for Skilled General Construction Laborers. This position has the opportunity to become full time and long term.

Job Responsibilities:

  • General Labor Duties
  • Keep work environment clean and neat
  • Perform Job Duties as needed
  • Must have Valid Identification
  • Must be able to pass drug screen


  • Must be able to bend, stoop, stand and carry heavy loads
  • Must have steel toe boots and necessary PPE
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Willing to travel up to 30 miles

Must be able to work long hours, if required.  Most job duties would include:

Sweeping, Debris Removal, Clean-up work, moving materials, picking up trash, loading and unloading, shoveling, grounds keeping, wash rack, etc.
