A large part of the role is taking inbound calls from our clients to answer questions and assist in resolving issues of varying complexity. Review documents submitted by our clients and proactively keep them updated. Collaborate with our Plan Administration and Compliance team to get our clients IRS Form 5500 filings, distributions, loan requests, and other documents completed in a timely manner.Essential FunctionsManagea queue of cases and respond within a defined time frameDevelopa basic understanding of retirement plans, specifically 401(k) PlansAbilityto complete tasks independently while also collaborating within your teamand departmentAdviseclients of internal processes and assist clients with navigating multiplesystemsObtain and analyze documents submitted by clients foraccuracy Additional FunctionsAssistclients and team members on advanced retirement plan topics includingterminationsContributingto department and team projectsPerformsother duties as required RequirementsJob SpecificationsMustbe 18 years of ageAssociate’sor bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, finance, etc.) orequivalent work experience preferredBasicknowledge of 401(K) plan structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL regulations ispreferredExcellentverbal and written communication skillsAbleto adapt easily to process and organizational changesAbilityto have difficult conversations with clients while maintainingprofessional demeanor Meticulousattention to detail and proactive approach to problem solvingSkills in customer service, organization, and collaborationAbility to work in an autonomous environment where you can bea self-directed, independent workerAbility to create an inclusive workplace where everyone feelsa sense of belonging by empowering all our employees to speak up, askquestions, and be seen.
