Where applicable, confirmation that you meet customer requirements for facility access which may include proof of vaccination and/or attestation and testing, unless an accommodation has been approved.Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureManTech’s Air Force and Space Division is recruiting highly talented candidates to support a contract that provides support to the United States Space Force ’s Space Systems Command (SSC) .We assist the Space Force by supporting a multitude of areas, including Systems Engineering & Integration, Acquisition & Program Management Support, Mission Integration Management, System Safety & Environmental Engineering, Systems Security & Information Assurance, Launch Schedule and Risk Management, Certification of New Entrant Launch Vehicles .ManTech is actively seeking a motivated inter disciplin ary Principal Cloud Architec t who has a strong desire to join our team in the El Segundo, CA area and become an integral part of the future of Launch Enterprise .Duties and Responsibilities:Champion development of the next generation of digital engineering solutions for SSC and the Launch Enterprise .Develop and execute full lifecycle software development solutions from ideation through deployment.Assist in process development, roadmap modifications, and sprint execution.C oordinate and communicate with a cross-disciplinary and multi-organizational team toward a common goal.Work hands on to accomplish required tasks and assist others develop skills through expert knowledge .C omplete tasks both individual ly and as part of a distributed team .Min imum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering /IT or STEM.Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineer ing, technical PM or other related areas .Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical / architectural trade-offs, budget strategy, best practices, and risk mitigation .Ability to qualify for and maintain a DoD Top Secret and SCI Clearance .Proven track record of developing innovative solutions and leading projects in an agile environment.H ands on experience leading the design, development, and deployment of software at scale .Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements .Experience working towards and maintaining proper security compliance (DoD SRG, I mpact Levels 2-5, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, etc.).Hands-on knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53, S3, IAM, EKS, and AppStream ) .Strong track record of implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments .Experience with i nfrastructure automation (CI/CD) and DevOps .Configuration management using CloudFormation .Strong practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment .Experience with Python 3 and containerization strategies .US Citizenship is requiredDesired Requirements:Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.Current professional certificate from AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience working with senior level DoD leadership.Experience with Zero Trust Network Archi tectures.Experience with modeling languages ( i.E.

UML, DoDAF, SysML, UAF), modeling tools ( i .E.

Cameo, Sparx, TeamCenter, DOORS Next Generation), and/or model-based database management would be a big plus.Experience de veloping data pipelines.Experience in the Launch Enterprise or in the aerospace industry .Demonstrated ability to resolve engineering issues effectively.Demonstrated i nitiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, successful collaboration with multiple agencies and personnel, excellent oral and written communication skills.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
