The position is responsible for managing the tasks, status reporting and issue resolution and support throughout the lifecycle of total rewards projects.

Meet the business needs by applying advanced consultative skills and analytical skills to business problems.

Build relationships with and provide outreach to field and corporate groups and internal customers.

Manage total rewards (compensation and benefits) analysis.Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of professional compensation and benefits experience, including proven experience in project and process management, design and implementation.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills are required.

Financial modeling and analysis skills are required.

Healthcare experience is preferred.

Position requires hands-on compensation work and skill sets.

Must possess strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with and advise team of analysts on projects of varying complexity.

Must be self motivated and multi-task oriented with the ability to learn new concepts and job requirements quickly.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information, decisions and approaches to technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams effectively; the ability to work through organizational barriers.EOE
