Job Details


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, administration, business, or related field
  • Two to Four years of human resources management required
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Non-profit experience a plus

As the Human Resources Director, some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Reviewing, revising, and developing HR policies with Executive Staff
  • Develop and implement consistent and coordinated hiring practices
  • Develop and implement recruitment process including but not limited to social media, search engines, radio, television, and print
  • Responsible for overseeing the life of an employee – recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, employee relations, terminations, and retirement
  • Overseeing the Total Rewards – Compensation plan, fringe benefits including health insurance, dental, life, vision, accident, specific disease, and worker’s compensation
  • Ensure HR Laws, Regulations, including ADA compliance
  • Administers the NetChex time system and HRIS system in place
  • Oversees human resources and training department
