Responsibilities: receives and sorts mailmakes copies of formskeeps inventory of formslaminatesprocesses out going mailUnder minimal supervision and according to established procedures, receives, sorts and distributes interdepartmental as well as incoming and outgoing hospital mail.operates duplicating macines in order to produce quality copies of handwritten and typed materials.

maintains necessary departmental records.Ability to complete and maintain records forms and reportsAbility to work and stand for up to ninety perent of the work time, push and pull carts weighing up to twenty pounds for up to twenty percent of the work timeability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when sorting and distributing mail and operating equipment Qualifications: one to three months on the job training in order to learn hospital locations, postal policies and procedures and proper equipment operationsability to read and writebasic analytical skillsprofessional interpersonal skills
