Accounts Payable Specialist

This is a Full-time position in Broussard, LA posted January 15, 2022.

Advantage Resourcing is currently searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to work for a company in the Broussard, LA area.  This will be a temp to hire permanent position.

 Job duties are as follows:

  • Must have minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
  • Will process all payables from receipt of invoice to payment
  • Receive and process all vendor ACH’s
  • Create monthly work papers, bank reconciliations and journal entries
  • Track and pay all contract laborers and create year end 1099’s
  • Analyze and pay all expense reports and credit card statements
  • Sage experience is preferred
  • Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to work long hours and weekends during an emergency event
