The Associate Planner analyzes campaigns for bottoms-up planning and media investment by channel.

Consistently pushing forward the clients learning agenda and adtech adoption, this role stays on the cutting edge of emerging media strategy and performance.

Responsibilities: Performance-based bottoms-up planning based on expected returns by channelResponsible for audience database and data sources.

Elevate media team knowledge of audience-based planning.

New media channel introduction for organic growth across all accounts during QBRsCoordinate communications with New Publisher / Partner Direct video communications and new offeringsReview and direct in-platform optimization strategy where appropriateResponsible for sourcing and implementing response adtech and pilot programs (QR code, SMS, etc)Key CompetenciesLeadership

Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills which are adaptable to different levels both externally with clients and internally with colleagues.Technical Qualifications:Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint requiredExpert in Excel (formula and data automation skills)Expert in Google Analytics: Power User LevelStrong proficiency in media math, including Nielsen data Experience with BI tools including Tableau & Datorama Working knowledge of Digital AdTech, including but not limited to: Trafficking, Tagging, Programmatic Bidding, SegmentationProficiency in CORE, MRI, AdIntel, MRI and other TV planning tools a plusTravelSome travel (25%) may be required for this position in the future.
