There are thousands of unique workflows for which our team performs analysis to suggest process improvements and discover vulnerabilities for fraud.

J-Mack Business Analysts make a considerable difference in the lives of United States Veterans by supporting a transformation process to ensure an optimized business process that is secure.

Responsibilities include : Lead discovery efforts to understand and document existing processes, policies, and workflows.

Analyze workflows to identify critical paths, dependencies, bottlenecks, and the potential for vulnerabilities.

Prepares and conducts business analyses and studies, needs assessments, requirements analysis/definition, and cost/benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives.

Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends, reporting regulations, and business conditions.

Develops and analyzes metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations related to management, organizational structure, policy/procedures, and business systems.

Identifies potential risks to the organization and to the Veterans and their families for which they serve.

Maintain a cadence of communication with program stakeholders, including application users and the sponsors of various efforts.

Understand the business needs and document the requirements to serve as the specification for software development.

Manage a hierarchy of requirements using various tools to ensure traceability.

Qualified candidates need : Experience performing process improvement activities.

Experience authoring epics and user stories or equivalent requirements while adhering to best practices Experience working on a team of developers and quality assurance analysts to support the creation of robust and thorough test cases and identify gaps Experience communicating business needs to technical teams.

Able to translate business requirements into technical specs and effectively act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams Ability to abstract, synthesize and communicate complex requirements and adapt communication approach/style depending on the audience.

Desire knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.

6 Months to 4 Years of experience performing business analysis.

Ability to obtain Background Investigation Clearance.

Ability to provide evidence of Full Vaccination status.
