CSR Job Summary:


This quarter is shaping up to be a busy time of year for our events team. As sales demands grow from our clients we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our event-based sales team as a Customer Service Representative.


With training, you will be able to confidently work with our customer base to:

  • Provide a great and memorable customer experience
  • Increase customer flow and attract new customers to our event
  • Offer our clients’ products and services to our customers
  • Answer specific questions and relate to common concerns
  • Record sales transactions and customer information as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people (ie: the general public) Multi-lingual applicants are always encouraged!
  • Customer service skills are essential though they don’t have to be linked to any specific customer-oriented work experience
  • Confidence in your ability to sell is also important, but the sales we generate are “soft” sales based on conversations not strong-arming people into buying
  • The ability to work independently and manage personal targets with little or no supervision
  • Driven to achieve personal and professional goals with the work ethic to match
  • The ability to think on your feet, solve problems and overcome challenges

It’s also important that you:

  • Are 18+ years of age and have the right to work in the USA
  • Can stand for long periods of time and work with customers face-to-face
  • Can work flexible hours and days, including some weekends
  • Are able to commute to/from our office in New Orleans
