HR Assistant

Marigold Catering is looking for an HR Assistant to join our dedicated team ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILTIES (including but not limited to):Organizes HR files, both electronically and hard copiesCoordinates employee relations meetings; on-site training, orientation, etc.Assists with recruitment; resume screening, interview scheduling, and orientation presentationAudits employee time sheets and personnel files of any discrepanciesReviews government compliances by following proper procedures for internal informationInspects uniform and supply inventory; completes ordering process, tracks inventory, and helps manage budgetAssists in collection of required information for new hire onboarding for the HR and Payroll departments in an accurate and timely mannerReviews documentation for government, federal and state law complianceFollows up with staff and client emails and voicemailsAttends meetingsGreets office visitorsAssists in payroll preparation, as neededAttends various events, assisting with staff check-insPerforms a variety of other administrative office duties assigned by HR Administrator as needed
