Product Owner / Analyst

This is a Contract position in Slaughter, LA posted October 11, 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client seeking a Product Owner/Analyst in Miami, FL.

Key Tasks: Product Owner/Analyst will be responsible for the development component of the Product Management Lifecycle by embedding into Engineering scrum teams Work with Product Manager to understand features and create clear, rigorous detailed requirements that reflect data, testing acceptance criteria, wireframe design, costs/quantitative analysis, process flow charting, etc.

Build and maintain team backlog hygiene and relevance through continuous grooming As a Product Owner/Analyst, you will coordinate agile iterations and feedback session with Engineering to ensure Engineering’s -how
– meets the defined requirements Work with Engineering to establish ETA for planned development projects and manage impacted stakeholders through execution, including movements and rationale Hold Engineering accountable for delivery vs timelines Coordinate with Product Manager to collect and prioritize all inbound feature and idea requests against established criteria Product Owner/Analyst prioritize detailed requirements against available capacity using systematic prioritization Ensure prompt Engineering LoE sizing assignments for projected queued by Product Manager Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Computer Information Technology, Engineering, or related degree 3-5 years of Product Owner, Solution/Sales Engineer, Architect or Developer experience Experience in mission critical software development Excellent written communication skills
– the ability to craft clear product requirements Excellent verbal communication skills
– the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical and risk mitigation skills Technical credibility and high aptitude for understanding how technology supports product and business objectives Able to work closely with the product and engineering teams as they modernize and localize the POS software Ability to drive projects to completion and hold stakeholders accountable Knowledge of retail and restaurant business Experience in agile software development methodology, especially SAFe Preferred experience in QSR or related industry Preferred fluency in Portuguese Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
