THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a Sr.

FP&A & Integrations Analyst to support the Finance department.

You will be accountable for compiling and analyzing data sets and financial statements, assisting in forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc duties, generating financial metrics, and working closely with the CFO to communicate financial data and reports on existing and newly acquired businesses.

This means you will also: Prepare and review internal management reporting packages to identify and document trends and financial relationships.

Assist in weekly and monthly financial reporting duties as well as various ad-hoc analyses.

Assist with the budgeting process and related projects.

Coordinate and plan timing for financial and operational deliverables.

Standardize weekly and monthly recurring duties to find efficiencies in processes.

Perform other ad hoc reporting and analyses as requested.

Assist with M&A integrations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills required.

Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.

Experience with ERP systems, particularly Acumatica or NetSuite.

Strong attention to detail as this position has investor reporting responsibilities.

Ability to work with varying types of data sets quickly and accurately to produce desired outputs.

Self-motivated with a drive to increase efficiencies and improve workflow processes.
