Sales Development Representative

OrthoSynetics is a business service provider to orthodontic and dental practices.

We work with 200+ locations throughout the US to elevate their business to a higher level of success We are seeking a sales development representative to generate and development new business leads.

As sales development representative you will source new business opportunities primarily through outbound cold calls and emails.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Research and generate potential leads from web searches and industry resources
Qualify leads from digital campaigns, referrals, and tradeshows
Knowledgeable on company service offerings and provide appropriate solutions to prospects
Have a conscience curiosity about the services and the orthodontics practices you will work with.
Coordinate qualified opportunities to the appropriate business development expert for further development
Collaborate with internal sales team on sales strategy and activities.
Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities by focusing on qualifying marketing generated demand leads and utilizing outbound tactics to generate sales demand with targeted accounts
Maintain prospect database in CRM
Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance metrics
Register company for approved tradeshows and coordinate tradeshow participation
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2 years successful experience as a successful inside sales representative
Proven track record of setting up successful meetings
Prior experience successfully working in metrics-driven environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt successful sales techniques
Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills
Organization and time management skills
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
At least an intermediate level in using Microsoft Office products.
