As the Sr.
Global Enablement Manager, Sales you are responsible for developing the global learning strategy and curriculum design for sales onboarding, supporting our global sales organizations to ensure they have relevant enablement experiences that positively impact business results.
What you’ll do Partner with business owners at the management / executive level to understand priorities, critical issues, skills gaps, opportunities, and objectives for success Execute the strategy ensuring objectives are met through quality initiatives that honor regional nuances.
Effectively communicate global results against defined success metrics to sales and Field Enablement partners Globally advocate for the sales role and their requirements to influence the direction of supporting training activities, content, assessments, and certifications built by adjacent teams.

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary: $144,100
– $187,100 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
