This is a Full-time position in Hammond, LA posted November 27, 2021.

Job Expectations:
Set the Quarterly Vision for results in Food Costs, Labor Costs, Food Safety Ratings, Guest Overall Satisfaction Scores, and Team Member Morale

Lead and Develop a team of Kitchen Managers to achieve results

Evaluate and audit current systems in the Kitchen

Create systems to meet the needs of the business
Hold Managers and Team Members accountable to ensure systems are completed

Food Safety procedures are followed

Quality procedures are followed

Guests are served within expected timeframe

The entire kitchen is “refreshingly” clean
Enjoy planning and empowering

Enjoy Serving Guests at a high standard of hospitality and speed

Enjoy pouring into and observing the development of other team members and leaders

Possess the following skills at a high level:

Time Management



At least 1 year of Management experience (does not need to be in a restaurant)

Servsafe Manager Certified (if a candidate does not have this, it can be obtained after employment)

Must be available to work Monday through Saturday between the hours of 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM

Typical week will consist of working 5 days and 48 hours
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00
– $55,000.00 per year
