Division President of Operations (Hospice)

LHC Group is seeking a Division President of Hospice Operations to support our hospice team in the West!

Candidates must live in or be willing to travel to the West Coast states.

The Divisional President of Hospice Operations will be responsible for financial and operational oversight for hospice in multiple states in the West.

Essential Functions

• Supervise the entire Division/Service Line or responsible for both Operations and Sales across the entire Division/Service line.

• Supervise performance of State Directors by assessing financial and quality performance of agencies.

• Support State Directors to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory issues in assigned division.

• Communicate to Senior Management any compliance, operational, financial, and regulatory issues effecting the assigned division.

• Review weekly operational reports and ensure state directors resolve negative trends.

• Facilitate communication between home office departments and assigned division.

• Works with managers in assigned division and senior management in development of operational goals, financial goals, and annual budgets.

Education & Experience

We are looking for an individual that thrives in a fast paced environment and can embrace servant leadership. 

• This person must have a minimum 5 years relevant experience managing multi site locations and states.

• Formal Education: Associate Degree or certification equivalent

• Skill Requirement: Has managed $200 million or greater annualized revenue
