Office Manager

Adecco is in need of an Office Manager for a growing CPA firm, in Shreveport, LA. Need to be available to start as soon as possible! This position requires someone with strong organizational skills, along with excellent communication and prioritization skills. Proficiency in Quickbooks is required. Duties include answering phones, bookkeeping, payroll. And knowledge of HR would be beneficial.

Hiring Immediately!!
Hours: 8am – 5pm (Mon-Fri)
Pay: Compensation is commensurate with qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:

• Invoicing

• Accounts Receivable

• Payroll

• General ordering of office supplies

• Other duties to maintain office order

Job Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in managing a office

• Knowledge in QuickBooks Pro

• Comfortable with Excel and use of formulas

• Someone that is trainable and willing to do the things they may not have done before is key.
