– Time or Seasonal Tax Senior AssociateWhat you will do:Prepare and/or review tax returns for individual, trust, partnership, corporate, and foreign tax clients.Research and consult on various tax matters; utilize tax-related software to prepare and process returns and research tax matters.Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities.Demonstrate excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will have:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or law, or a relateddegree in business,and sufficient course work and creditsto sit for the CPAand/or Bar exam in the state you are being consideredCPA or JD license preferredTwo (2) years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a public accounting firmDemonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solvingStrong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptabilityMicrosoft Suite skillsHighly developed software and Microsoft Suite skillsEligibility to work in the U.S.
