Your Career: As the Sales Operations Manager EU of INEOS Automotive you will join us during the launch phase of the Grenadier.

You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.
The Role: The Sales Operations Manager EU will be responsible for establishing and further developing of sales operations processes, volume planning/reporting for the European region.

Ensuring operations and business sales performance across all product channels in alignment with Regional Business Manager and Head of Sales and Marketing Europe.

Establish a reliable suite of market intelligence and volume forecast analysis.

Design & manage best practice sales funnel and inventory management processes to ensure the company’s working capital is optimised to meet sales demand.

Ensure financial budgets are achieved through sound model and channel mix.

Manage the complexity of over 35 markets and three different sales models.

As a business we are now moving into an exciting launch phase, with start of vehicle production and our customers driving their new Grenadier 4×4 in 2022.

As the Sales Operations Manager EU you will play a huge part in this.

For the Sales Operations Manager EU we are looking for:

Automotive Industry experience in Sales Operations and Planning/Reporting Proven with a track record of handling high complexity and multiply stakeholders within sales planning environment
Experience of working with multiple sales models (agent, dealer, distributor)
Experience in managing logistic, distribution and fleet operations strategy
Financial and KPI reporting
Great team player, proven ability to influence across functional teams and region.
EU market experience essential
