Web Analytics Manager

About the Position:
Reporting into the VP of Digital Banking, the Web Analytics Manager will play an integral role in the future growth of the Bank by informing data-based decision making and web optimization of Crescent Bank’s Digital properties, marketing channels, and initiatives. This role will be responsible for setup & management of various web metrics tools, collecting and interpreting data from multiple analytics sources, and creating reports & recaps with actionable insights. Their contributions will be a key component in the development of future strategies.

What we are looking for:
To be successful in this position, a candidate should:
• Understand and analyze complex data to provide clear insights to key stakeholders
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the levers that drive online account opening through proactive recommendations
• Support department with reporting and recapping including website metrics, digital marketing channel metrics, social media metrics, eMail metrics, Customer data, and ad-hoc deep-dive analysis
• Support department with data collection/validation/cleansing
• Create reports leveraging H360, Google Analytics/Ads, Umbraco, etc
• Continuously optimize reports to most effectively meet the needs of the business
• Stay abreast of and report out on key competitors and industry benchmarks
• Stay attuned to shifts in industry metrics to identify new KPIs, analytical methodologies and frameworks
• Manage and update Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Assist third party resources with campaign tracking/tagging needs
• Work with third party to ensure Google Ad Campaign structure follows best practices
• In partnership with Web Producer, develop and manage a testing program for website content and features
• In partnership with Web Producer, develop and manage a Customer/User survey strategy
• Assist in vetting third party solution provider database and analytics offerings
• Set up and maintain third party eMail address database

Additional Information:
• 3-5 years Web Metrics Analytics experience in a conversion focused business ie: Digital Banking or eCommerce
• BS degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe), required
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, required
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and other third party tags/UTM, required
• Experience with Google Data Studio, required
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools, required
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills
• Strong understanding of Digital metrics and the Customer Journey
• Experience with bug reporting and project management tools
• Experience with third party eMail databases (Mailchimp, Constant Contact), a plus
• Knowledge of Google Ads, a plus
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, My SQL a plus
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, a plus
